Orizon Centre is a healing space located at the foothill of the village Megala Chorafia/ Aptera , at the north part of Crete. The centre is located just over the sea, with beautiful view to the horizon and a little bay undeneath of a secluded pebble beach with a chapel of St. John; this can be reached in 5 min on foot path. The centre intergrates a kitchen of organic and bio nutrition of local food products, preparing all types of meals including vegan and vegetarian. The restaurant with pool has also view overlooking Souda bay. 

Aptera is a traditional Cretan village with rich archaelogical heritage of the ancient city of Aptera including a museum and ancient greek theatre. This is located on the top of the hill of Aptera , about 200 m above sea. Also, an othoman empire fortress, 'Koules', is located at the end of the road overlooking Souda bay. The village has a couple of traditional Cretan taverns, a cafe, and a mini-market. Access by car or bus to Orizon centre and Apera village is easy, also connecting to main airports and ferry port.
